Aggravated Assault

Complainant’s boyfriend initiated an argument with her accusing her of seeing another male. When compl laid down on the couch, offender poured a wine cooler on her head. When she attempted to leave, offender punched and kicked her, then put her in a headlock. Compl broke free and grabbed a knife. Offender said “you’re not leaving here unless it’s in a body bag, bitch!” Offended took the knife, threw compl on the couch and said “I got something for you!” He went to the bedroom, returned with a gun, grabbed her hair and put the gun to back of her head. He then pulled the trigger, laughing when the hammer clicked on an empty chamber.

Offender arrived at location to retrieve some of his items. When he and complainant were at the front door of apartment complex, offender gestured and three black females arrived. The first took several items from the compl, including Gucci handbag which contained $100 and various ID cards. All offenders then fled the scene. Value: $800.

Complainant parked her 2016 Toyota Prius at listed location at 6PM. When she returned 30 minutes later, she discovered her rear passenger side window smashed and several items missing, including two backpacks, her wallet, credit cards, and $30. One credit card was used at Target. Value: $550

Attempted Burglary
5450 Wissahickon Ave.

Complainant (apartment complex manager) reported that two black males wearing full Muslim garb entered the building through an open door in the basement and attempted to gain entrance. The males were unsuccessful because interior door requires a keycard to access. They left the scene. Police advised manager to keep video of the incident.

Complainant had parked her green ‘99 Honda Accord near the Cresson Street bridge. Discovered her vehicle missing at date and time listed. She gave no permission for the car to be moved or driven. Value: $2500

Complainant was delivering food when an unknown black male in a black hoodie tied tightly around his face pointed a black semiautomatic handgun at him. Nothing taken.

Complainant was delivering food when offender approached him from behind, pointed a black handgun at his head, and demanded money. Offender then took $350 from compl’s pants pocket and fled in unknown direction. Compl transported to station to be interviewed.

Complainant parked his car in lot of business while he was addressing water damage to building interior. He left the windows slightly open and the doors unlocked. When he returned to the car, he noticed his Motorola Android phone was missing. He tracked his phone to MLK Drive before reporting incident at district station. While there, lost signal. Value: $300

Employee states that he received a call from a customer advising him that a male juvenile was trying to break into the store’s air pump with a rock. Upon exiting the building, the employee witnessed the suspect next to the air pump with a rock in his hand. Suspect was identified to police and transported to northwest division station. Value: $250
