Complainant was walking westbound on Coulter when he was approached by offender who punched him in the face. Compl tried to run, but offender pushed him to the ground, causing swelling in compl’s elbow. Offender threatened to pull a gun, then took compl’s backpack and fled in a white sedan, heading westbound on Coulter.
Description: Black male, age unknown, 5’8”, medium build, wearing blue winter hat, and dark clothing. Vehicle: White sedan, possibly older model Buick.

Complainant left her apartment on 1/29 and when she returned on 1/30 at 1:30, she discovered her front door open and several items missing. Compl states that both door locks were locked when she left. No damage to door – building is under construction and multiple people have access to keys. No hallway cameras. Building management is reviewing lobby video. Stolen items: (2) 42″ black Vizio TVs, 3 Pandora bracelets, 1 Sylvania DVD player, 1 gray jewelry box. Value: $1960

Complainant’s son was in possession of his 2009 Toyota Camry when compl went on a business trip on 1/24. When he returned in 1/27, the vehicle was missing. Also stolen were an iPad, an iPhone 6S, and 3 Bose speakers. Value: $11,800

Complainant returned from jog to find the rear window of her 2016 Honda CRV smashed. Stolen items: Purse containing credit cards, ID, personal items. Value: $1

Police met complainant in leasing office where she told police her ex-boyfriend of only two weeks (who had been staying in her apartment) broke her bedroom door and took her 62” TV. Compl walked away from police without showing them the crime scene. Previous domestic incident occurred hours prior to this report. Compl was advised of PFA service. Value of TV: $900

Unknown person(s) broke into complainant’s house through rear kitchen window between 4:30 & 8:30PM and ransacked all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. No burglar alarm or cameras. Scene was processed by police but no prints recovered. Stolen items: HP Spectre silver computer, three-stone diamond ring, Omega 14K gold watch, Longine white gold watch, & other jewelry. Receptionist in lobby area left her desk several times between 12 and 1PM, leaving the area unattended. When she prepared to leave for lunch, she found her purse open and several items missing. Stolen items: Michael Kors wallet (white), $600 in gift cards, $55 cash, a bank card, and checks. Value: $870

Complainant parked his 2013 Acura TL in garage at 7PM on 1/18. When he returned on 1/19 at 8:30AM, vehicle was gone. No record in tow file. Value: $24,500

Shortly after exiting the market, complainant was approached by offender who wrestled her purse from her and ran away eastbound on Tilden Street. Incident was recorded by security cameras. Delivery driver parked his vehicle outside restaurant, left the keys in the ignition, and went inside to pick up order. Between 7:50 and 7:55, two black males stole the vehicle. A Slices employee witnessed the theft but couldn’t provide description of offenders. Stolen: Silver 2006 Kia Optima, ID cards, credit cards, and $1000. Value: $2500
32XX McMichael St.
While attempting to make a delivery, driver from Golden Crust pizza was approached by an unknown offender who asked him who he worked for and if he had a menu. When driver leaned into vehicle for menu, offender put unknown object to the back of his neck and threatened to kill him if he didn’t turn over his money. Offender and accomplice fled toward Abbottsford. Stolen: Black LG cellphone and $160. Value: $360 Description: 1. Black male, short, late 20s, black jacket, blue jeans. 2. Black female, short, 20s, white jacket, blue jeans.

Complainant states that unknown male rang her doorbell and, when she answered, he apologized saying he had the wrong address. After he left, compl noticed garage door partially open and two bikes missing (white Trek and silver mountain bike). Value: $1000. Description: Black male (dark complected), 16-20 years old, tall, thin, gray hoodie and blue jeans.
4200 East River Dr.
Complainant returned from jogging to discover the front passenger-side window of his Tesla X smashed and the following items stolen – wallet with credit cards, blue backpack, watch, and $300. Value: $5650.
3500 Calumet St.
Three offenders pointed a silver/black handgun at complainant and took her cellphone. She was also hit on the left side of the head with the gun. Two witnesses corroborated the report. Stolen: Silver LG “Stylo” cellphone in a blue case. Value: $200 Description: Black males. 14-16 years old wearing hoodies (one blue, one black, and one black/gray).
40XX Ridge Ave.
Complainant and two associates were at listed location when three offenders with handguns kicked open the front door. Offenders ordered complainants to lay on the ground and took their money and phones. They then demanded to know if there were drugs in the apartment. They zip-tied the complainant’s wrists and put them in the bathroom before searching the apartment and fleeing on foot. Stolen: 1 Android phone, 1 iPhone 5S, a Verizon LGK7, and $2155. Value: $3655. Description: Black males. Unknown age, height, or weight, but one wore gray jeans and a belt with “907432” etched on back. Another offender was dressed in a black sweatsuit.
