Complainant was walking westbound on Coulter when he was approached by offender who punched him in the face. Compl tried to run, but offender pushed him to the ground, causing swelling in compl’s elbow. Offender threatened to pull a gun, then took compl’s backpack and fled in a white sedan, heading westbound on Coulter.

Description: Black male, age unknown, 5’8”, medium build, wearing blue winter hat, and dark clothing. Vehicle: White sedan, possibly older model Buick.

Stolen items: Silver MacBook Air, iPhone 7, silver Surface Pro 4. Value: $2400

Building management is reviewing lobby video. Stolen items: (2) 42″ black Vizio TVs, 3 Pandora bracelets, 1 Sylvania DVD player, 1 gray jewelry box. Value: $1960

Delivery driver parked his vehicle outside restaurant, left the keys in the ignition, and went inside to pick up order. Between 7:50 and 7:55, two black males stole the vehicle. A Slices employee witnessed the theft but couldn’t provide description of offenders. Stolen: Silver 2006 Kia Optima, ID cards, credit cards, and $1000. Value: $2500

While attempting to make a delivery, driver from Golden Crust pizza was approached by an unknown offender who asked him who he worked for and if he had a menu. When driver leaned into vehicle for menu, offender put unknown object to the back of his neck and threatened to kill him if he didn’t turn over his money. Offender and accomplice fled toward Abbottsford. Stolen: Black LG cellphone and $160. Value: $360 Description: 1. Black male, short, late 20s, black jacket, blue jeans. 2. Black female, short, 20s, white jacket, blue jeans.

After he left, compl noticed garage door partially open and two bikes missing (white Trek and silver mountain bike). Value: $1000. Three offenders pointed a silver/black handgun at complainant and took her cellphone. She was also hit on the left side of the head with the gun. Two witnesses corroborated the report. Stolen: Silver LG “Stylo” cellphone in a blue case. Value: $200 Description: Black males. 14-16 years old wearing hoodies (one blue, one black, and one black/gray).

Complainant and two associates were at listed location when three offenders with handguns kicked open the front door. Offenders ordered complainants to lay on the ground and took their money and phones. They then demanded to know if there were drugs in the apartment. They zip-tied the complainant’s wrists and put them in the bathroom before searching the apartment and fleeing on foot. Stolen: 1 Android phone, 1 iPhone 5S, a Verizon LGK7, and $2155. Value: $3655. Description: Black males. Unknown age, height, or weight, but one wore gray jeans and a belt with “907432” etched on back. Another offender was dressed in a black sweatsuit.
